I am writing from my friend's computer. I sat at the Chef's Table last Saturday night. First let me say, I am a "Food Snot" and know a bit about fine dinning. These two guys turn out food that should be in San Francisco, Chicago or New York. The attention and love of food was ever present and it was a most unforgettable experience for me and my wife.
